Our pool construction services are subject to separate written contracts that govern scope of work, pricing, payment schedules, timelines, warranties, and all other terms specific to your project. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding proposal or guarantee of any specific build timeline, price, or outcome. Build timelines referenced on this Site, including average figures such as 45 to 60 days, are estimates based on typical conditions and are subject to factors including but not limited to weather, permit processing times, HOA approvals, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions.
5. Pool Service and Maintenance
Our pool service and maintenance division operates on the basis of a separate service agreement entered into with each client. Pricing referenced on this Site, including monthly starting rates, is approximate and will be confirmed in your service agreement based on your pool’s size, equipment, and specific requirements. We reserve the right to adjust service routes, scheduling, and technician assignments based on operational needs and will communicate any material changes to your service schedule in advance. Service reports are delivered digitally through Skimmer Pro following each visit. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate contact information to receive these reports.
6. Financing
We provide links to third-party financing partners, including HFS Financial and Lion Financial, as a convenience to our clients. These are independent companies with their own terms, conditions, rates, and approval processes. The Home Revolution Co. LLC is not a lender, does not guarantee financing approval, and is not responsible for the terms, accuracy, or availability of any financing product. Your relationship with any financing partner is entirely separate from your relationship with us.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, photography, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of The Home Revolution Co.
